Keisuke Ida
Keisuke Ida (Kc) ATC, CSCS is the founder of FitArc Rehab and Performance. FitArc Rehab and Performance has been established since 2013. He graduated from Nippon Sports Science University, Bachelor of Sports Science degree, University of Mount Union with a post Bachelor degree in Athletic Training and received a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University.
He published several research articles with his colleagues when he was at Kent State University.
Over 15 years of clinical experience guides him in comprehensive rehab care and performance rehab to high level and professional athletes. Kc is also performance coach for professional and high-performance athletes including marathon, duathlon, UFC fighter, golfer and baseball player.
His passion is to learn the movement, biomechanics, neuro science. He has devoted his time to develop his own skills and methodology of making his clients better athletes. Athletes are getting better with rehab treatment and performance training.
We work together as the best team to achieve our goal.
As the result of our efforts, we will receive the best accomplishment and appreciation. This moment makes us and our team proud! It makes him goose bumps.
He will keep updated his skills, techniques, and knowledge to give its back to his clients and his learning community. He follows his passion and keep going.
He has developed and wrote his lecture books and he has been a teaching role for FitArc seminars since 2015. He has taught seminars in Japan to over 200 professionals including certified athletic trainer、physical therapist、physician, dentist, chiropractor, strength coach, personal trainer and so on.
